- Twelve Oviedo wrestlers advance to the Region Championships next weekend with six staking claim to individual District title wins - the most of any team in the tournament.
- Oviedo Region qualifiers by year in school breakdown: Freshman - 1; Sophomore - 4; Junior - 3; Senior - 4.
- Ray Rowland, in just his second year of wrestling pulls in a Conference title over the top seed at 130.
- Oviedo top five win leaders include Chase Gordon (38), Davin Morris and Jay Taylor (37), Joey Hefley (36), and Erin O'Dell (35).
- Top pinners include O'Dell (23), Taylor (22), Morris (19), Hefley (18), and Gordon (17).
