OVIEDO WRESTLING NOTEBOOK BULLETS

Oviedo wins its eighth consecutive SAC Tournament Championship team title.
At the SAC tournament, Kurt Keebler, Thrasher Porcher, Josh Keebler, Davin Morris, and Dustin Meloche moved to or beyond the 30 win mark on the season.
Jake Schalles continues to lead the team in wins and pins on the season at 36 and 25 respectively.
Senior first year wrestler Brendan Bobek, fresh off his first placements of 3rd place in consecutive tourneys, put a Championship title in his kit bag with a win over the SAC tourney top seed in the finals.
Senior first year wrestler Jonathon Musa stuck two opponents with pins enroute to his first tourney placement of the year in taking 3rd place.
Ty Zarbo, coming back from an injury in the first half of the season, reeled off his third straight tourney win with a pin in the finals.
Fargo All-American Chase Gordon continues to win on the mats in dominating fashion, with his only losses on the season to a State Champion, a three-time state placer in OT, and the same two-time state placer in OT and by one point.
